RED or BLUE? 💙❤️ Developing your mind..

Recently I read an interesting study that entitled 20 participants to wear a specific pair of glasses.

These glasses had one side as a red colour lense, and the other side was a blue lense. When the participants looked to one side all they saw was red, when they looked in the opposite direction they saw blue.

The participants were then told to continue on with their everyday life’s, go to the gym, drop your kids off to school, go to work, play sport, watch TV, read etc all while wearing these glasses.

Two weeks later the participants were asked to come back into the lab and they asked the group what colours they saw when they looked left, and looked right.

100% of the participants stated that they could see no colour.

HOW FUCKING CRAZY IS THAT.

So what is my perception from this study that I read.

We create. Our reality.

The fact of the matter is these participants’ reality was red and blue. It is evident. Proven, they were wearing goddamn glasses.

However, all of them didn’t allow this to be their reality. After 2 weeks of wearing these glasses, they quite simply ignored the fact that they were wearing these colour filtered colours.

This also shows that we don’t see with our eyes, but in fact we see with our minds.

Our eyes are just a tunnel vision to our mind.

We have the power to quite literally create our reality. 

So is it possible that the way that you think and the way that you feel can begin to produce effects in your outta world?

Yes. Absolutely 😂

These same thoughts lead to the same choices, those same choices lead to the same behaviours the same behaviours create the exact same experiences and we anticipate the same feelings or emotions are equal to how we think, how we act and how we feel.

Let that sink in for a bit. Because it took me close to 10 minutes to get my thoughts on paper. 

And how we think, how we act amd how we feel creates our personalities, and our personalities create our personal reality. 

Most of you are giving up on your diet plans, your workout plans and on your training BEFORE you create your new reality.

Over time this will become something that is called identity. And with our new identity we can create new habits, which new habits we can achieve success in our weight loss and muscle building journey.
