On this day 2 years ago I designed my very first line of t-shirts.
At the time of the designs and making of the clothes I was so excited and I thought the designs were flawless.
Looking back at it now, the designs… well…. not that good 😂
Yes giving the first time I made them it was EXCITING. I was buzzing to finally launch somewhat my own clothing brand. (I just bought made shirts and printed on my design 😂)
Now, my new designs are more modern and I get them made in Australia which is supporting locals.
I am thrilled about my designs – in 2 years time I might look back to today and think ‘what the hell was I doing’ but i’ll address that issue when it comes.
This is also like your habits in eating and training.
At first you think it’s right, it’s exciting and new.
Your motivation is through the roof.
The model you found on instagram has given you a ‘custom’ program that he/she has also sent to 2000 other people.
They have also told you to do keto, and fast for 6 days.
At the time you think this process is attractive and right, that it’s going to work and it’s the best of the best.
But 2 years down the track, you find a REAL personal trainer; you look back and realise what you WERE doing was nothing but horrible.
Let me put it in perspective for you.
THE DIET AND TRAINING YOU THOUGHT WAS GOOD AND RIGHT 🤢

Everything isn’t going to be perfect the first time you try it, however once you learn, trial and experience things will become bigger and better.
It’s the same with your diet.
You may have done wrong things in the past
But now it’s time to learn and improve.
